- Starting with reviewing documentation coming in with tenders and workload requirements for response as well as timings, manage the full flow and accuracy and revision tracking as documents are input, revised, and resubmitted for tenders.
- Coordinate, prepare, and assemble bid submission materials with tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
- Expert in documentation softwares and systems and able to provide CAD, BIM and other similar submissions as requireorkload scheduling and utilize various tools and applications (Adobe, BidManager, Microsoft Office, etc.) to accurately create documentation
- Maintains tender and all associated documents produced via a structured folder throughout the tender process up through handover or archiving.
- Ensure proper handover of all tender documentation to execution teams for all projects won.
- Develop process and templates that shorten time needed to review and return documents to customers. Assist on review call with experts to understand revisions needed and ensure all submitals done on time as per tender requirements.
- This position works independently on daily tasks in coordination with the wider team and requires a flexible and collaborative approach for managing multiple tenders at the same time.
