    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our tendering process by providing administrative assistance, efficient data entry, and handling outdoor messenger tasks. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and possesses excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of tender documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tender-related correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and communicate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
  • Data Entry:

  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of tender information into relevant databases.
  • Verify and update information as required, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed.
  • Outdoor Messenger:

  • Handle external communication and document deliveries.
  • Collect and deliver tender-related documents to various stakeholders.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while representing the company externally.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support and data entry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using office software and databases.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for outdoor messenger tasks.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes is an asset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
