Telesales Representative

Job Description

Main Job Duties:

• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Maintain professional relationship with every customer.
• Have to fulfill customer’s queries over phone and maintain email to follow up contacts, sales and quires.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous Experience in training industry IS A PLUS
• Graduates Only.
• Maximum age is 35.
• Have sales skills
• Bachelor degree or relevant work experience
• Teamwork spirit.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
• Result oriented
