Role Description:
As a Telesales Representative for Mzad Qatar, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads through effective phone communication. Your primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This full-time remote position also entails providing customer support, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Qualifications:
1. **Excellent Communication Skills:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to articulate product/service features and benefits clearly.
2. **Proven Customer Service or Support Experience:**
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- A track record of providing exceptional service to customers.
3. **Sales Skills and Target Achievement:**
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and effectively close deals.
4. **Training Experience (Preferred):**
- Previous experience in training is a plus, especially in the context of sales or customer service.
5. **Pressure Handling and Deadline Management:**
- Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
6. **Independent Remote Work:**
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
