- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective leads to introduce our services and educational programs.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients through follow-up calls and personalized communication.
- Understand and address the needs and concerns of prospective students and parents, providing them with tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and industry knowledge.
