• The primary goal is to create a team of customerfocused agents whodeliver an excellent customer experience through knowledge and open communication with management.

• Supervise a team of agentsto guarantee that standards andsales targets are met on a daily basis.

• Floor manager whomakes sure staff are sticking to their schedule.

• Call monitoring coaching and feedback.

• Responsible for Trainingand development of staff.

• Recommendationsfor product and process developmentbased on customer feedbackand analysis of the same.

• Conduct performance appraisal for the teamcompiling reports on team performance and customer feedback.

• Communicate information from management to teamand vice versa.

• Work closely with team membersto solve customer problems.

• Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.

• Responsible for making decisions on training requirementsfor team members and adjusting targets to suit the needs of the business
