Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Telesales Manager role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, training, and customer service. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving the company's sales targets.
Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to set sales targets and analyze sales data
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify sales trends and forecast future sales
- Customer service experience, with the ability to ensure client satisfaction and resolve customer issues
- Experience in training, with the ability to coach and develop sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in telesales, call center operations, or related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
