This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. Provide supervision for the junior telecom technicians and give guidance while working in the field. Ensures all team members are aware of their responsibilities and that they provide communications support to the COR and local customer.
Oversees the daily operations of work assignments for the Outside Plant / Inside Plant personnel. Resolve or troubleshoot problems and/or issues which may occur with any type of installation. Able to use a variety of test equipment to isolate, identify, analyze equipment trouble and take appropriate maintenance action.
