Overview:
The Telecaller Business Development B2B role is crucial in our real estate organization as it focuses on driving business growth by identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients. The individual in this role will be responsible for engaging with key decisionmakers promoting our real estate offerings and fostering strong longterm relationships with B2B partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to B2B prospects to promote real estate services
- Understanding the needs and requirements of B2B clients
- Negotiating and closing deals with B2B partners
- Explaining the features and benefits of our real estate offerings to potential clients
- Following up with leads and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects
- Collaborating with the sales team to strategize and optimize B2B sales efforts
- Providing exceptional customer service to B2B clients
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in the B2B real estate sector
- Creating and delivering compelling sales pitches to B2B decisionmakers
- Participating in B2B networking events and industry conferences
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development roles
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiating abilities and persuasive selling techniques
- Deep understanding of the real estate industry and B2B dynamics
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with B2B clients
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales databases
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales software
Job Location Santacruz West Mumbai
Workdays Monday to Friday 10:00 to 7:00PM
