Job Overview
We are hiring a Tele Counsellor with 6 months 8 years of experience. As a Tele Counsellor you will be responsible for outbound calling lead generation and tele sales. This is a fulltime position based in Gurgaon Haryana India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in outbound calling and tele sales
- Strong ability to generate leads and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi languages
- Graduate/Post graduate
- Under graduate can also applicable (Minimum 12th passout with result)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and provide them with information about job opportunities
- Generate leads and follow up with potential candidates through tele sales
- Achieve set targets for lead generation and sales
- Update and maintain a database of potential candidates
- Provide excellent customer service and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Can communicate in Hindi and English both
- Experience in outbound tele calling/ Tele sales/ Lead generation
Working time:
6 days working (Monday Friday)
10 AM to 7 PM Office hours
