Overview:

As a Tele caller you will play a crucial role in the organizations sales and customer service efforts. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services gather information and address inquiries and complaints. Your contributions will directly impact the companys bottom line and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales calls to potential customers
  • Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new business
  • Provide information about products or services over the phone
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions
  • Obtain and document customer feedback
  • Set appointments for sales representatives
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Conduct customer surveys to gather information and feedback
  • Update customer databases
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure goals are met
  • Adhere to scripts and protocols
  • Handle potential leads by thoroughly understanding their requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Tele caller or relevant customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally
  • Strong sales skills and ability to close deals
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Ability to multitask set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Persistent and resultoriented approach
  • Good understanding of telemarketing and negotiation techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
