Tele Caller

1. Experience:

• Minimum of 23 years of outbound call experience.
• Proven track record of successful outbound calling preferably in sales or customer service roles.

2. Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
• Ability to effectively convey information and persuade customers when necessary.

3. Record Keeping and Reporting:

• Proficiency in maintaining daily call records and logs.
• Ability to prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports accurately.
• Attention to detail to ensure all call data is entered correctly and timely.

4. Other Skills and Qualities:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability and resilience in handling rejection or challenging situations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
