Job Description

- Assist the AFC supervisors in carrying out all level of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor modifications in Cairo Metro Line 3 stations.
- Ensure the maintenance tools & equipment are in good condition.
- Overseeing the preventive maintenance of Toll Equipment.
- Close supervision and leadership of subcontractors to ensure that they are following the PM plan without failures.
- Immediate responding to mechanical failures and system malfunctions.
- Perform line corrective maintenance to release failures on equipment in station and back office in the shortest possible time to ensure good operation of the equipment and the system.
- Installing and testing electrical systems.
- Servicing and maintaining machine parts.
- Repairing or replacing system parts.
- Oiling and greasing moving parts.
- Carrying out safety checks.
- Maintaining stock and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining a clean working area.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Health and Safety Act.
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed to ensure all environmental and safety rules are respected and alert Executive Maintenance of any environmental and safety issue.
- To undertake any other duties as assigned.
