- Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing irrigation hoses, and other minor fixes, such as replacing light bulbs, repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.
- Load and unload materials.
- Perform other physical tasks requiring minimum skill and/or experience.
- Assist other craft workers as needed.
- Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
- Do garden upkeep and collecting trash etc.
- Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth.
- Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, hoses, planters, or other grounds features.
- Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment.
- Report to maintenance supervisor for issues.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
