Job Description

- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain system components availability.
- Ensure adherence to customer SLA and IDEMIA values & policies.
Technical Skills:
- Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
- Industry certifications such as VCP, MCSE, RHCE, or equivalent.
- Hands on experience in Linux OS.
- Strong knowledge of MS-Windows Server 2019 infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policies, PKI, CIFS etc.
- Proven experience troubleshooting appliances (Switches, Routers & Firewalls).
- Proven experience in backup solutions including Veeam, Windows Backup.
- Proven log analysis skills.
- Strong technical report writing skills.
