Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

Follow-up with the teams of (alarms - maintenance – work order) and distribute work to them in accordance with the daily requirements of work.
.

Make sure that all teams are on time and ready to work (Engineers/ technicians).
.

Monitoring and tracking current active alarms (Radio/ Environment) via mail and forward it to site engineers or technicians.
.

Set priority for Instantaneous active alarms with site engineers.
.

Receiving radio quality issues via mails from Orange and forward it to site engineers.
.

Receiving environment issues via mails from Orange and forward it to technicians.
.

Follow-up alarms with the engineers as soon as they are received and confirm the availability of the necessary spare parts with the team.
.

Contact Orange duty in case of obstacles preventing the failure from being resolved on time.
.

Sent escalation or access request mails if needed to Orange.
.

Follow-up the “IN/OUT work groups WhatsApp” for malfunctions (reply and update) periodically to clarify the current situation.
.

Guiding Site engineers to deal with software to solve malfunctions in the least possible time.
.

Preparing technical reports for alarms that exceeded the time limit and the reasons for this delay.
.

Preparing a daily report covering all the work done during the day.

Job Requirements

.

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering.
.

2-4 years of experience.
.

Good knowledge in Radio GSM and RAN along with basic call follow 2G/3G/4G networks.
.

Knowledge in various alarms and their impacts on the network for Radio equipment “Nokia, Huawei and NEC”.
.

Background in network operation center processes and interface.
.

Knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance for environment and radio equipment.
.

Location Alex is a must.
