Job Description:
As the Technical Services Superintendent for underground mining operations you will lead the Production and Planning Engineering Departments ensuring efficient and safe gold extraction. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive mining plans collaborating with crossfunctional teams analyzing production data overseeing training programs and managing the technical services budget.

As the Technical Services Superintendent for underground mining operations you will lead the Production and Planning Engineering Departments ensuring efficient and safe gold extraction. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive mining plans collaborating with crossfunctional teams analyzing production data overseeing training programs and managing the technical services budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Production and Planning Engineering Departments to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement mining plans to optimize gold recovery.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate mine plans with operational activities.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Oversee training programs to enhance the technical services team's skills.
- Provide guidance on the technical services budget for costeffective operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
- Gold mining experience.
- Solid experience in underground mining with leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in mine planning and design software.
- Strong understanding of geology geotechnical engineering and mining methods.
- Proven track record of optimizing underground mining operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
