- Build and maintain strong, long –lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with maximize profit.
- Selling software and services for existing customers and new customers.
- Identifying potential new clients and business opportunities.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client.
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
- Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
