We are looking an Technical Recruiter (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Izmir
In close cooperation with our sales team, you will independently manage the entire recruiting process for open positions in the engineering field.
You ensure an appreciative communication with our applicants and provide a positive candidate experience
Together with the sales team, you regularly coordinate the definition of requirement profiles as well as the development of suitable search strategies and create interesting and target group-specific job postings
You proactively identify and contact suitable talent via relevant social media and business platforms such as LinkedIn and XING
In addition, you love networking and strategically expand your personal network to potential applicants
You will support the entire application process by screening incoming applications, conducting initial phone interviews, and maintaining and expanding our talent pool
You also have the opportunity to creatively contribute your ideas to the optimization of our recruiting strategies and personnel marketing activities.
