  • We are looking for candidates with excellent talent sourcing skills from traditional and nontraditional channels.
  • Candidate should be experienced in efficient searching using Boolean search techniques and using job filters in various job portals like Naukri Foundit and other resume databases.
  • Should be familiar in using paid and free job posting sites and platforms.
  • Should have experience in screening technical profiles specifically in domains like SAP Salesforce Java ReactJS and Angular JS etc.
  • Should have good experience in coordinating technical selection process with interview panelists and offer process including negotiating the salary and notice period with selected candidates.
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Excellent skills in Data Management and MSExcel
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on recruitment status.
