Technical Program Manager

This is a remote position.

• As a technical program manager you lead complex multidisciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. Deliver repeatable process with tools per quarter supporting the visibility of and improving engineering product operations
  
• Solve complex business problems by breaking them down into tangible steps to execute
  
• Bachelor degree with 10 years of experience in technical program management or PMO
  
• Experience with data data architecture modeling trends analysis statistics and program evaluations.
  
• Prioritize program goals understand and translate other stakeholders needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
  
• Define the scope of projects and develop execute and/or manage project plans for supported program(s).
  
• Review key metrics pertaining to a program monitor potential metric deviations and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
  
• Identify communicate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build maintain and enhance business operational and management dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience in managing enterprise scale projects with global deployments ideally within the big data and analytics industry domain
  
• Experience working with Data lakes and any SQLbased databases Data Warehousing technologies like Informatica DataStage Oracle Terradata SQL Server MySQL.
  
• Experience working with any cloud technologies AWS or Azure or GCP.
  
• Experience leading crossfunctional teams to complete projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
  
• Experience working with teams to understand and document how a process works and what needs to happen to track and push on teams
  
• Expertise in working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity with only highlevel direction
  
• Build scalable and repeatable project plans to help track the business quickly
  
• Create and publish dashboards to communicate effectively to the business the status of a project risks and milestones
  
• Ability to adhere to deadlines across multiple projects in a fast paced environment without losing sight of accuracy
