Technical Leader

Responsibilities
Role in the team as the technical problem solver
Serve as the primary subject matter advisor on tech related matters and provide guidance to developers.
Work closely with design product and business managers to define the scope of technical requirements
Design develop troubleshoot debug and lead software development solutions
Cover gathering requirements to design coding testing deploying and maintain our software
Develop the microservices system with high requirements for performance scalability availability and security
Collaborate with Product Developer and QA teams to deliver high quality product
Establish and implement key best practices in coding application development tech architecture design and technical documentation
Ensure documentation for development codes application design user testing scenarios tech architecture and system deployment guide are carried out
Review and improve technical processes to enhance work productivity
Custodian for system architecture codes and test plans
Participates on all hardware and software evaluations
Lead the developers together with the product manager in AGILE methodology
Manage and mentor team of frontend and backend developers
Designing and improving the algorithms used in our products
Setup and maintain self hosted GitLab Jira and Docker environments
Hands on coding is required

Job requirements
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or closely related field
10 years of handson experience in a technical lead development and planning scope
Full stack developer with working experience in web application development
Experience in developing and working with REST API and microservice architecture .
Also experience in application infrastructure and data architecture design
High level knowledge & experience in core technical competencies covering REACTJS NodeJS JAVA LINUX DOCKERS AND MYSQL/POSTGRES MongoDB Elastic stack Redis Kafka
Experience in setting up cloud infrastructure
Experience in designing algorithms for automated scheduled resource applications
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development lifecycle including coding standards code reviews source control management testdriven development
A desire to learn grow and enjoy the responsibility and accountability that comes with high levels of ownership and autonomy
Vietnamese national with good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience in a startup working environment is a plus
