Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing construction firm are looking to hire a management The role will be based between the Wexford & Dublin offices, with flexibility depending on the successful candidates ; The company has a reputation for successfully completing major new build, fit out and refurbishment projects across a wide range of ;
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the production of monthly management accounts including P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements
- Prepare weekly cash flow reports
- Financial reporting responsibility for a number of developments
- Assist with the preparation of accounts for audit purposes
Requirements
- Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA)
- Experience working in the real estate/construction industry highly advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured, well organised and highly motivated person with the ability to time manage effectively
