Technical Lead - Java or net

Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design development and implementation of software solutions using Java or .NET technologies within Low Code No Code platforms.

Low Code No Code Expertise: Utilize expertise in Low Code No Code platforms to streamline development processes automate tasks and accelerate software delivery.

Handson Development: Actively participate in coding debugging and testing activities to ensure the quality and performance of software deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (8 years) in software development using Java or .NET technologies.
• Strong understanding of Low Code No Code platforms such as Mendix OutSystems Microsoft Power Platform or similar.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role leading development teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Handson experience with fullstack development and modern web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment managing multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certification in Low Code No Code platforms.
