Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing highquality scalable and efficient Java solutions
  

• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
  

• Mentoring and coaching junior developers to improve their technical skills and code quality
  

• Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  

• Identifying and resolving technical challenges and performance bottlenecks in Java applications
  

• Staying uptodate with the latest Java technologies tools and trends to improve development processes
  

• Participating in the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance
  

• Providing technical expertise and support to other teams within the organization
  

• Taking ownership of project timelines and delivering highquality software within deadlines
  

• Understand the technical requirements and build the solution independently or with less codelevel guidance

Requirements General

• Good fundamental understanding of OOPS Concepts & Java concepts
  

• Exposure to building Java applications
  

• Fundamental understanding in RDBMS or any relational database
  

• Ability to develop software in C C C# Java or other selected languages
  

• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases SQL and ORM technologies (JPA Hibernate)
  

• Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
  

• Interested in working with backend technologies
  

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  

Experienced (Years)

• Leading and managing a team of software engineers working on Javabased projects
  

• Proven work experience as a computer software engineer or software developer
  

• Handson experience in designing interactive applications
  

• Experience in developing web applications using Spring MVC
  

• Mastery of software engineering tools
  

• Good level of understanding about the all core java functionalities
  

• Handson experience in building highly scalable backend solutions
  

• Expertise in spring springboot RabbitMQ APIs Micro Services etc
  

• Good understanding of the Java features
  

• Ability to document requirements and specifications
  

• Nice to have working knowledge in building modern web applications & APIs (REST)
  

• Good understanding of working with popular IDEs
