About the job
Job Scope:
The Technical Consultant is accountable for providing advice and consultancy on solutions and services provided by the company in various industry sectors. S/He designs, configures, tests and implements projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, configure and customize solutions provided to clients as requested and validated by internal and external stakeholders
- Develop technical specifications related to the company solutions and achieve final consensus
- Conduct a GAP analysis for all technical issues such as but not limited to interfaces to other systems and new applications/modules recommending enhancements and solving complaints and inquiries
- Develop and complete proper internal documentation and update existing ones when and as necessary
- Promote a professional image of the company and the professional services function at all times

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other related field

Qualifications/Skills
- 1 - 3 years of experience in related IT/Engineering/Hospitality field.
- API development skills using (Python, JS) or any related language is a must.
- Able to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
- Customer service oriented
- Experience & knowledge in Point of Sale and/or ERP Systems (Implementation & Support) is a plus
