- The technical, content-related and organisational implementation of measures and activities of the outcome area 4 at the Trade for Employment (T4E) project aiming to improve staff recruitment practices in Trade-oriented businesses and ensuring matching of Jordanians and Syrian refugees.
- Managing areas of responsibility that forms part of the project objectives, team agreements and/or agreements with the superior
- Assisting in planning, implementation and monitoring of the component agreements, activities, as requested by project director and in coordination with component manager and team.
- Providing professional advisory services to and cooperate with a broad range of target groups, including T4E partner institutions (public, private and implementing partners)
- Ensuring proper monitoring and reporting of outcomes and employment figures in Outcome Area 4 and supports the development of information products in line with the regulations of the BMZ special initiative “Tackling the root causes of displacement – reintegrating refugees”
