What we are looking for

We are looking for a Technical recruiter to join our team! We redefine recruitment by integrating advanced technology such as Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate and enhance talentmatching processes. Our approach harnesses the power of referrals proprietary data and an extensive professional network to fill vital positions within four weeks. What does the job involve

Candidate Management:

  • Vetting inbound candidate referrals adhering to vetting SLAs for speed and consistency and maximizing candidate quality.
  • Sourcing highquality candidates manually through platforms like Github LinkedIn Recruiter etc. for highpriority jobs.
  • Managing candidate profiles and progress.

Account Management:

  • Lead client kickoff calls and ensure flawless JDs with clear nonnegotiables and a clear candidate profile from day 1.
  • Conduct client checkins via call and email obtaining feedback on candidates and maintaining updated JD statuses.
  • Update candidate statuses and application deadlines accurately and timely.
  • Create and share detailed meeting notes on the same day as company calls.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an operations or clientfacing role (e.g. consulting account management programs manager etc.)
  • Applicants with previous startup experience preferred
  • Experience recruitment/talent acquisition is required
  • Knowledge of nocode solutions (eg Notion ) and basic understanding of automation (e.g. via Zapier)
  • Proficiency in data analysis and candidate sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
