Your mission

As a handson tech lead you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of two applications with customer facing that supports SmallMedium enterprise owners to better understand their finances and having access to competitive financial instruments.

You will also be responsible for mentoring your team as well as architecting and designing systems to ensure the scalability security and reliability of the systems.

In addition to your technical expertise you will also play a key role in collaborating with stakeholders and partners to understand their data needs and help identify new opportunities for datadriven innovation. This is a highimpact highvisibility role that requires strong technical skills and leadership abilities as well as the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced constantly evolving environment.

Your role and contribution

• Design and quickly implement scalable applications
• Lead the architecture and code design efforts and guarantee stable implementation
• Ensure the platform stability security and reliability
• Implement security checks and controls over a notrust environment
• Ensure E2E tests/Unity tests
• Develop and maintain the integration with external data providers
• Ensure the constraints related to compliance and regulations of the fintech industry
• Stand for code quality and best practices
• Ensure monitoring and observability of the platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to understand their data needs and identify new opportunities for datadriven innovation
• Work effectively in a fastpaced constantly evolving environment
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to drive results in a highimpact highvisibility role

To be successful you need to

• Become the goto person about the technical and business domain surrounding the data platform
• Stay uptodate on the latest developments and best practices in data engineering to support the requirements of the data scientists and business stakeholders
• Proactively seek out new technologies and techniques to improve the performance and reliability of your data pipelines and provide insights to support complex data models
• Own the efficiency and reliability of the platform and its assets by continuously monitoring and proactively taking corrective actions
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure that your work aligns with business goals and objectives
• Enable the product engineering team with a solutiondriven approach
• Take into consideration the timesensitive nature of of MVP projects and the fast pace of the startup market

Your profile

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field such as Computer Science Data Science or Engineering or relevant proven experience
• At least two years of experience as lead engineer and a minimum of five years of engineering career
• Strong skills in testdriven development
• Proficiency in React Native
• Knowledgeable about domaindriven development and microservices
• Experience working on complex distributed systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
• Experience guidinging mentoring and supporting peoples growth
