First Call Contract Services are currently looking to recruit a Service Operations Manager for our clients busy operation based in Mansfield.

This is a very hands-on role that will play a key role in ensuring the company meet their contractual obligations to the very highest standard.

You will be the main point of client contact and will need to drive continuous improvement and change with internal and external operational teams, including third-party suppliers.

This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.

Immediate interviews & starts are available.

Candidate duties / experience will include:

• Service delivery, service desk and service team operations management
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be pragmatic with excellent relationship management skills
• Knowledge of digital signage hardware and software across key components
• Knowledge of ITSM and Service Desk tools, ideally Zendesk
• ITIL qualified
• To be the single point of escalation for service related issues

Candidate profile will include:

Ideally candidates will need to be able to drive constant service desk operational improvements through system and process implementation and build strong, long-term relationships with the clients through successful service delivery and implementation.

Candidates will happy to take ownership of contractual SLAs and KPIs & will ensure new clients are onboarded correctly.

Hours or work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Starting salary is £35kpa depending on experience.
