- Lead the utilisation of the design thinking approach and Save the Children Enabling Teachers Common Approach to develop, adapt and roll out the TPD curriculum for teachers of different levels.
- Develop detailed work plans for the technical component of the program.
- Lead the testing and roll-out of the developed TPD curriculum with 300-1500 teachers in different schools.
- Lead the development of the community of practices with teachers and school leadership.
- Lead the production of face to face and e-learning materials of which the TPD curriculum consists.
- Ensure activities are implemented in line with the procedures established by Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) especially with the MOE.
