Role and Responsibilities:
The Tax Specialist will be responsible for handling US taxrelated matters including federal US tax Form 1065 Form 1120 ASC 740 and HLBV. The role involves understanding and interpreting tax laws assessments and regulations in the U.S. The candidate will be required to read and interpret federal and state guidance agreements and contracts accurately. Additionally the Tax Specialist will be expected to stay updated with the latest tax developments and changes in the regulatory environment.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a CA/CPA qualification with 511 years of experience in US tax. Semiqualified CAs and MBAs with relevant experience will also be considered. Prior experience in the energy real estate or financial service sectors will be an added advantage.
