Open Position: Software Developer, Team Lead (J2EE)
A Tech-based Company is looking for a Team Lead, Java Software Development to join the team and be based in the Selangor
Key requirements include:
- Engage in the requirement, design, implementation, testing and support of custom IT solutions including features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems
- Define and manage resource plan aligning to the project schedule
- Plan and drive the project s technical execution to achieve the scope and
- Responsible to monitor, report technical execution and all technical issues, risk or mitigation plan in a timely ;
- Strong technical experience in JAVA EE as well as other software dependencies
- Good experience in managing a team including coaching and providing technical leadership
