Role and Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for candidates in the real estate sector. Your role will involve screening resumes conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations to management. Additionally you will be required to provide training to new hires conduct exit interviews and manage the endtoend recruitment process. You will also be responsible for establishing relationships with universities and colleges to recruit potential employees determining candidate qualifications creating job descriptions and communicating hiring needs to internal teams and external vendors.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in talent acquisition particularly in a real estate sales firm or organization. Strong communication organizational and strategic thinking skills are essential for this role along with the ability to understand the specific qualifications required for each job opening and assess company culture fit.
