Assignment Duration: Full Project
Responsibilities:
FullCycle Recruitment:
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening
interviewing and selecting qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective
recruitment strategies.
Sourcing and Networking:
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards social media networking events
and employee referrals to identify and attract diverse candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions.
Candidate Engagement:
Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive and
professional candidate experience.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural
fit.
Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in the selection process.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development and promotion of GoModers employer brand.
Showcase the companys culture and values to prospective candidates.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics providing insights for continuous
improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand departmental hiring needs
and priorities.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers HR and other stakeholders to provide
updates on recruitment activities.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends best practices and innovative recruiting
techniques.
Recommend and implement improvements to the recruitment process for increased
efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role preferably in the Information
Technology and Services industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes sourcing techniques and candidate
assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
