Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to identify, source, and recruit.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job platforms, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in call centers, recruitment agencies, or sales industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing effective recruiting strategies.
- Experience in mass hiring will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
