EndtoEnd Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer
acceptance ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Business Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
and other key stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment
support.
Sourcing and Candidate Scoping: Utilize diverse sourcing strategies including headhunting
referencing and social networking sites like LinkedIn to identify and attract top talent in the
IT/Engineering sectors.
Timely Position Closure: Meet or exceed established TimetoFill (TAT) metrics by proactively
managing requisitions and expediting the recruitment process without compromising quality.
Expertise in IT/Engineering Recruitment: Demonstrate handson experience in recruiting for
technical roles within the IT/Engineering domains understanding the nuances of these industries to
effectively assess candidate suitability.
Utilization of Recruitment Tools: Leverage a variety of recruitment tools and platforms including
but not limited to Naukri Monster job postings search engines and social networking sites to
source and engage with potential candidates.
Market Mapping and Candidate Attraction: Conduct market and industry mapping exercises to
identify talent pools and devise strategies for attracting and retaining the best candidates in the
market.
Job Description Creation: Develop comprehensive and compelling job descriptions that accurately
reflect the requirements of each position and appeal to qualified candidates.
HR Administration Support: Assist in administering various HR plans and procedures contributing
to the development and implementation of HR policies and maintaining employee records in
compliance with regulatory standards.
Recruitment Data Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate records of recruitment
activities including applicant tracking interview feedback and background check reports to
facilitate datadriven decisionmaking and ensure compliance with internal processes.
