Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters sourcers and coordinators to ensure the delivery of highquality candidates and exceptional candidate experience.

  3. Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency effectiveness and scalability.

  4. Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and communication teams to enhance the companys employer brand and attract top talent.

  5. Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the development and execution of sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels including social media networking events and employee referrals.

  6. Candidate Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop candidate evaluation criteria. Ensure the use of standardized assessment methods to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.

  7. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies job boards and other vendors to optimize recruitment outcomes and minimize costs.

  8. Data Analytics: Utilize recruitment data and metrics to track performance identify trends and make datadriven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes.

  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field. Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading highperforming recruitment teams in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative recruitment strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of best practices in candidate sourcing assessment and selection.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) HRIS and other recruitment technology tools.
  • Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g. PHR SHRMCP LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
