Candidate Sourcing: Oversee the development and execution of sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels including social media networking events and employee referrals.
Candidate Assessment: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop candidate evaluation criteria. Ensure the use of standardized assessment methods to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies job boards and other vendors to optimize recruitment outcomes and minimize costs.
