Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital HR Specialist to join our team and drive the transformation of our human resources processes through innovative digital solutions. As a Digital HR Specialist you will be responsible for leveraging technology to streamline HR operations enhance employee experience and support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital HR strategies to optimize recruitment onboarding performance management learning and development and employee engagement processes.
- Evaluate and select digital HR tools platforms and systems that align with organizational needs and objectives.
- Lead the implementation and integration of digital HR solutions ensuring seamless functionality and user adoption.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technology roadmaps.
- Customize and configure digital HR platforms to meet specific business requirements ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and endusers on digital HR tools and processes.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital HR technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital HR initiatives making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Computer Science or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) in digital /Advertising Agency transformation would be Preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
