As a System Support Officer, we focus on how we can empower, help, and advise LTUC users. We engage in solving complex problems for our users, we collaborate and share knowledge with each other. We also innovate on solutions to enable our user to make the most of LTUC systems.
- Provide support, troubleshooting and do the necessary actions to solve the received tickets.
- Perform other related duties as required by his/her supervisor.
