Job Requirements:
o Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or field related to the products being developed required.
o Minimum of (5) five years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience a plus.
o Must be well adept with QMS and ISO 9001 in an ICT/IT company or same as NEC
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
o Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
o Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
o Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Duties and responsibilities:
o Hires and trains quality assurance staff.
o Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
o Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
o Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Develops implements and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality function and reliability prior to delivery.
o Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
o Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team product development team and other appropriate staff.
o Coordinates product testing processes.
o Participates in product testing.
o Identifies and analyzes issues bugs defects and other problems particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
o Reviews client customer and user feedback.
o Maintains compliance with federal state local and organizational laws regulations guidelines and policies.
o Performs other duties as assigned.
