The Systems Engineer position would be a hybrid of helpdesk support and professional services using primarily Jamf. Other duties would involve supporting our clients with Jamf, Onboarding new clients, system health checks, pre-sales consultancy and the maintenance of the DARE macOS products.
We would welcome candidates with the following skill set :-
Jamf Certification (200 or 300 Preferred)
Experience with the administration of Jamf Pro
Experience with the macOS & iOS platforms
Understanding of enterprise tools like Apple Business Manager
Experience with script languages such as Bash, Python and Swift
Working knowledge of Identity Providers like Okta, Google and Azure
