Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining IT operations such as applications, email systems, hardware, software, and network security tools.
- Deliver local and remote IT support (PC and server troubleshooting).
- Optimizing and maintaining network security protocols, such as secure socket layer (SSL), secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), and virtual private networks (VPNs), to ensure data is protected.
- Support and administer Windows Servers, Linux Servers
- Perform regular system health checks to ensure optimum performance of servers and network.
- Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup.
- Performing necessary upgrades and repairs
- Take the appropriate actions in response to system alerts.
- Manage user accounts and data backups.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge in networking, systems administration, and cloud solutions.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of: Microsoft Servers, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Fortinet (Sophos is plus), Cisco, AD, DC, VMware (Oracle KVM is plus), and Veeam Backup.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or other related fields.
- 4 - 5 years experience
