Job Description
NOK Human Capital is hiring Guest Survey Associates for US account located in Salah Salem St Nasr City.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Make outbound calls to US citizens asking about how well was their accommodation
2) Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
3) Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
4) Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Job Requirements:
1) Excellent up to Fluent English level
2) Undergrads & gap year students are ok with full commitment
3) Excellent communication skills
