- End User Support Services for IT Business Environment including Users computing environment OS and Application , Networking troubleshooting and support
- Backend Support and administration including Active Directory - file Server - backup , Anti-virus.
- Firewall and Routing services monitoring
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 Years of Experience in Support services
- MCSA and CCNA knowledge is preferred
- Excellent Communication and handling skills are mandatory.
