Supply & Operations Manager (f/m/x)

SHYNE is a beauty-tech startup based in Berlin where we were founded in 2018. Our mission is to "Make women feel beautiful". To that end, we create high-end, personalized and clean beauty products with a focus on hair coloration and care. To ensure that those products are of topline quality, we brought on board none other than Shan Rahimkhan - one of the most famous beauty experts in Germany.

We are currently heavily expanding into B2B and retail and we need another person in the team to support us with the growth. We are planning to disrupt hair coloration market and bring a new standard that would be accessible to everyone. If you would like to be a part of that journey, join us!

Tasks

You will support our Operations Team in their day-to-day tasks as well as take on independent projects:

• Manage B2B accounts and make sure that everything is working flawlessly.
• Test new B2B sales channels and support us with onboarding new partners.
• Operate our supply chain and fulfillment processes.
• Source and establish relationships with new suppliers.
• Build positive relationships with all our partners and stakeholders.
• Review, improve and automate processes in our logistics, warehouse and fulfillment.
• Identify defects and improvement opportunities along all touch-points and drive mitigation of operational issues.
• Solve ad-hoc problems that occur in our daily business.
• Think outside the box and find ways to improve our operations!

Requirements

• You have at least 1 year of experience in supply and operations within FMCG and...
• You graduated with a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in business or logistics related studies.
• You speak fluent English.
• You speak German (minimum level B2 or equivalent).
• You are an analytical thinker and a hard worker with strong attention to detail.
• You are not afraid to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• You have a strong understanding of business processes.
• You are constantly looking at how to optimize our products and processes.
• You are enthusiastic about shaping new quality for hair care and at-home coloration.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is required.
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
• Experience in operating ERP Systems (Xentral) is a plus.
