Supply Chain Stock Analyst

• Track Waiting for material work orders and transfer material booking to purchase requisitions.
• Regularly track material requirement planning parameters and create purchase requisitions as Per current ROP.
• Follow up and expedite pending POs with Procurement department.
• Keep stock levels in an optimal state (Avoid over stocking and stocking out).
• Act as a focal point between maintenance department engineers’ needs and procurement department.
• Work closely with maintenance engineers to fulfill their needs related to service activities like calibration, repair, etc...
• Revise and control received material against delivered purchase orders and assure data and physical compliance before transactions take place.
• Conduct regular meetings with procurement department working on outstanding POs, delivery time frames and future workflow improvements.
  

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:-

• Keen ability to details and ability to effectively manage time.
• From 3 to 5 years of experience relevant to spare parts & material forecasting, Inventory management, or purchasing.
• Planning and organizing.
• Good knowledge with CMMS (Preferably Maximo)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Very good Knowledge of English language verbal and written.
• Ability to identify errors and prepare corrective actions.
