About you:
As a supply chain and customer success consultant you will be responsible for guiding our clients in optimizing their demand planning and forecasting processes while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between our clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate clients demand planning and S&OP processes identifying improvement opportunities and recommending appropriate strategies.
Guide clients in implementing our dedicated S&OP solution ensuring structured onboarding and working closely with different client teams (supply chain sales production IT finance) to guarantee project success and sustainability.
Regularly monitor the performance of implemented processes recommending the use of specific KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients providing ongoing support and resolving issues related to demand planning and S&OP.
Train users in best practices and planning tools ensuring successful adoption and optimal use of implemented solutions.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our offerings and services.
Play a key role in developing longterm client relationships ensuring satisfaction and contributing to retention.

Qualifications:
Degree in logistics supply chain management business or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain & demand planning.
Excellent communication analysis and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in English and French.
