Job Description

- Carry out procurement of low value, purchases under framework agreements and Request for quotations for goods and services in compliance with DRC policies and procedures and donor regulations under the supervision of the Supply Chain Coordinator.
- Prepare all procurement documents and bid analysis and ensure clear documentation and verification of documents providing a clear auditable trail and apply processes in DRC Dynamics.
- Follow up on all procurement and communicate and coordinate with relevant staff to ensure timely delivery of all goods and services and payment to supplier.
- Participate to the development of the electronic filing policy of DRC. The selected candidate will work subtantially on filing and archiving supply chain documentation both electronically and in hard copy.
- Provide input data required to feed in the different processes in the ERP system (DRC Dynamics) including but not limited to vetting and creation of vendors and item creation and any other relevant data in Dynamics.
