Supplier Quality Supervisor

Ensure the cycle and frequency of inspection.

- Monitor the status of documents.

- Follow up on the control indicators at the reception.

- Prepare complaints to suppliers.

- Monitor and evaluate suppliers' action plans.

- Ensure compliance with supplier recommendations throughout the process.

- Perform line audits to check the respect of supplier specification (packaging, handling, etc.).

- Prepare and facilitate meetings with suppliers & SQEs.

- Monitor supplier responsiveness.

- Prepare component deviation data.

- Validate components.

- Monitor component changes (SICRs).

- Ensure compliance with EHS and QMS instructions in the IM area.

- Perform LPA audits to the warehouse & supermarket according to a predefined planning.

- Ensure the correct method of communication.

- Involve staff in service objectives.

- Organize daily interpersonal meetings.

- Organize necessary training in co-ordination with Quality Manager.
